Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Re:  Endeavour Schools’ P & C Quiz Night

 

Endeavour Schools Parents & Citizens Association Fundraising Committee work hard to raise funds to be used for the benefit of our students.

We are currently organising our Quiz Night to be held at the RSL Hall in Port Kennedy on Saturday, 5^th October and are seeking donations for prizes, raffles and/or auctions.  As this is to be our largest fundraising event for the year, it will only be possible if we receive donations from local businesses.  Your donation could be any item or service that represents your company/business.  Proceeds from the Quiz Night will go towards providing shade sails in our Early Childhood play area; educational equipment and resources to aid students’ learning; and helping to purchase air-conditioning units for those classes without one.

Please contact me by Friday, 30^th August to advise your willingness to participate.  This will allow us time to advertise the Quiz Night which will be tables of 6 at a cost of $15 per person.

I am happy to arrange collection of any donated goods and/or services. Your generosity will be acknowledged as all of our sponsors will be thanked for their support at the Quiz Night, in the local newspaper and our school newsletter.  We would gladly display advertising material for your business at the Quiz Night.
