Well, time has been flying and here we are into the second half of 2013 with Sea to ART just around the corner<\/b>!<\/p>\n
\n
The official opening will take place on Friday October 25th with categories including fine wood craft, art works in fibres and textiles, art works in fine metals, jewellery and glass, painting, drawing, sculpture and printmaking.\u00a0 Entries can be for sale or for exhibition only and the event is held over ten days, open to residents in the Shire of Waroona, Coolup and Yarloop.<\/p>\n

Both aspiring and established artists are encouraged to attend a morning tea<\/b> to be held at 10am<\/b> on Wednesday August 7th<\/b> to meet the WVC&G staff and volunteers, and other exhibitors.\u00a0 This will be a great opportunity, particularly for the inexperienced, to become familiar with the process<\/b> and to network<\/b> with fellow artists and artisans.\u00a0 We\u2019re also looking for any ideas you may have<\/b> for the official opening<\/b> <\/b>or the exhibition itself<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Please actively promote<\/b> the morning tea to family, friends and associates<\/b> who may be interested in exhibiting.<\/p>\n

Entry forms for Sea to ART will be available on the day at the Waroona Visitor Centre & Gallery, 37 South West Highway, Waroona.<\/p>\n
