Welcome to our localities in the Peel Region of Western Australia<\/h3>\n

This uniquely beautiful and interesting area includes part of the Yalgorup National Park and its Ramsar registered wetlands
Our community comprises some 400 families across two municipal boundaries (Waroona and Mandurah) and is located about 35 km south of Mandurah and a similar distance west of Waroona. It is a semi-rural area where the majority of residents live on 5 to 10 acre blocks in a number of separate but linked subdivisions.<\/p>\n

Australia Day 2026 – Monday 26th January<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

?<\/span><\/span> This year there will be live music at our Australia Day breakfast as we celebrate the wonderful country we call home!\u00a0<\/p>\n

?<\/span><\/span> Please come along to the hall by 8am on Monday 26th January for the flag raising and join us in formally recognising and say thank you to some incredible local volunteers.<\/p>\n

?<\/span><\/span> The team will be cooking up and serving a delicious FREE hot cooked breakfast.<\/p>\n

?<\/span><\/span> Come and kick off Australia Day with local friends, and feel free to invite other friends and family members – email or text to RSVP how many people are coming along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lake Clifton Herron Residents Association (LCHRA) has compiled a Community Register to let our local residents know about the businesses, organisations and groups owned and operated by residents of Lake Clifton and Herron.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Open Day and Launch of the new Lake Clifton Herron Community Register was held on Sunday 15th September from 2pm to 4pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were three door prizes, each was a FREE trailer of mulch, kindly donated by Wayne Goring from Arboreal Tree Care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Businesses, groups and organisations owned and operated by people who live in Lake Clifton and Herron, or who own land in Lake Clifton and Herron are invited to submit their details to be added to the register. The register will be updated approximately every two weeks as new information is submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
